Welcome to Rani Super Market. By accessing our website, mobile app, or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before shopping.

Products & pricing: We work hard to keep product details, images, MRP, and selling prices accurate, but occasional errors can happen. Prices and offers may change without prior notice. If a pricing error is discovered after you order, we will contact you before dispatch and you may accept the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Orders & delivery: An order is confirmed once you receive an order number on screen, by SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates; actual delivery may vary due to weather, stock availability, or other factors beyond our control. We currently deliver within our listed serviceable pincodes only. Please check the product at the time of delivery wherever possible.

Payments: We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. Online payments are processed by secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways — we never store your full card details. COD orders may be verified by a confirmation call before dispatch.

Cancellations & conduct: You may cancel an order before it is packed or dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or misuse of coupons and referral codes. Any misuse of the platform, fake orders, or abuse of offers may lead to account suspension.

Limitation of liability & governing law: Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order concerned. Goods once sold are taken back only as per our Return & Refund Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at our registered business location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
